*Major Job Responsibilities:*
1.
Receive and route telephone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
2.
Accurately and efficiently type correspondence and documents.
3.
Open daily mail and route to proper individuals.
4.
Will perform data entry and general computer processing as requested.
5.
Filing, organizing, and processing of paperwork, and miscellaneous duties as requested.
6.
Process accounting functions, such as accounts receivable, purchasing.
7.
Carry out tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or President, and complete in goal time.
*Required Qualifications*:
· Minimum of 1 year office administration experience
· Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
· Able to manage numerous incoming calls in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
· Computer proficient; able to enter data quickly and accurately/knowledge of Word and Excel required.
· General math skills and basic accounting proficiency preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.
00 - $22.
00 per hour
