Assistant Kitchen Manager to become Kitchen Manager

The Sandbar on Lake Kampeska is looking for their future Kitchen Manager.
Candidate will start as the Assistant Kitchen Manager and take over as Kitchen Manager when the current KM moves on to the next project.
Candidate must be a rock star cook with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role.
This is a working management position, meaning you will be expected to be online with your cook staff through busy services and to work closing shifts once or twice a week as needed.
Pizza Experience and strong Sauté skills needed.
Pay DOE and will start as an hourly pay rate and upon taking KM position will switch to a salaried position.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
