The Workforce Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the Superimposed and Substitute departments and personnel.
The primary responsibilities of this role are to ensure a high quality of life for persons served by providing staffing relief to and ensuring new hires are satisfied and feel equipped for their role.
*JOB KNOWLEDGE AND COMPREHENSION:* * Supervise day and night Subs and Superimposed staff, including: giving and recording feedback; ensuring new hire and annual training is complete; sending welcome emails to new hires; checking in with staff periodically to ensure satisfaction; and ensuring staff feel well trained and equipped.
* Office hours required for weekly meeting with supervisor and as assigned.
* Take shift call-off phone calls and work with Direct Support Coordinators (DSCs) to place staff in last minute openings.
* Ensure coverage provided to homes/programs matches the Master Schedule.
* Help DSCs troubleshoot coverage solutions when Superimposed or Sub staff are not available.
* Conduct satisfaction check-in’s, via email and in person, to ensure they are doing well, and track their feedback, discussing concerns with the appropriate level of management; disseminating surveys to determine staff satisfaction.
* Additional responsibilities may be assigned as circumstances warrant.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* * Completed high school diploma or GED required * One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope * One to two years supervisory experience * Valid driver’s license and safe driving record * Successful completion of criminal background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,502.
00 - $48,540.
