Avantara Watertown is currently seeking a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) that will be responsible for closely supporting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department.
The ADON will work closely with the dynamic and highly qualified Director of Nursing, Unit Managers, and Administrator to drive the overall success of the facility.

Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota license to practice.
Nursing experience; preferable in the long-term care setting.
Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.
