* Monitors work priorities, absenteeism and tardiness.
* Trains and communicates with employees.
* Promotes company policies, philosophy and team effort.
* Helps with machine and process problems and rework.
* Evaluate current systems and procedures to continuously improve.
* Evaluate merit reviews for department employees.
* Work with employees to set and achieve departmental goals.
* Communicate with other supervisors and managers as need dictates.
* Assure conformance with company quality standards.
* Learn all work areas to be able to train and assist as needed.
* Enforce company safety policies procedures and practices.
* Maintain on time delivery.
* Other duties as assigned.
Will train interested applicants.
