Join the team that works with you and is driven for you! Position Summary As a Precision Ag Specialist, you will join our product support team supporting customers and dealership personnel to enhance the customer and employee experience.
The person in this role is responsible for quickly troubleshooting customer and dealership technology issues and working with the service department to resolve issues beyond what can be resolved remotely.
They also work with team members to proactively implement solutions to improve customer profitability and reduce in-season downtime.

Job Responsibilities Seamlessly passes high complexity customer problems to other team members for resolution.
Serves as dealership expert in Operations Center and other digital tools Proactively sells support agreements.
Generates retail and demo activations and subscriptions in season and verifies they are billed accurately Coordinates the execution of the dealership's John Deere Precision Ag strategy.
Develops and executes the plan to ensure ongoing Precision Ag mainstreaming across all departments at the dealership.
Ensures understanding of John Deere Precision Ag solutions in sales, service, parts, and all other departments.
Provides recommendations on ordering option codes in respect to new technology products.
Provides solutions-based business consulting services to customers (i.
e.
advising customers on optimizing performance, reducing costs, operation efficiencies, etc.
) Provide problem resolution support to customers and employees ExpertConnect tickets that do not require assistance from the Service Department.
Proactively support customers remotely with preseason software updates and training on display and Operations Center functionality.
Provide educational resources to customers and employees.
Performs JDLink modem and customer account management.
Manage customer support packages and ensure time is billed correctly.
Qualifications 2-5 Years of experience in Service, Parts or Sales Departments Operations.
Experience providing effective step-by-step instructions to internal and external customers.
Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in off-road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment.
Experience with computer functions, Microsoft office, experience using Service ADVISOR, Parts ADVISOR, or other computer based diagnostic repair tools required.
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications Associates degree preferred.
